The perfect tourists.....
What a flight...I mean a flight to the furthest island in the world.
We flew with Lan Chile in the front of the plane, in their Business Class section. with 180 reclining facility...what an experience and what a great service...all for about $ 500 round trip more that the economy class...well worth it. may be they can teach a trick or 2 to the US carriers....

On the way the captain banked the wings to give us a look at Robinson Crusoe Island located 400 nm off the coast of Chile.
After 5 hours we were on the ground in the land of the Moais.
What an interesting place and so unique.
Explora is our hotel choice. Not 10 minutes away from the aiport. On arrival a welcome drink and then a briefing an our first exploration of the island...We are 2 hours behing Santiago and our Latitude is Havana but n the South Hemisphere.
The Island of Easter is also the land of horses...thousand of them are free to roam the island
